My baby can sit up!

Found out yesterday baby Violet has strep throat. But, you wouldn't know it looking at her. She really isn't too fussy about it. And today she was sitting on her own for the first time. She sat long enough for me to get some pictures and video. So cute!

Tball Practice

Wow I guess, I got a little behind, we've been busy. This was the best part of the day though! Watching Hunter at tball practice! He is so competitive and I'm so proud of him! He loves to play!

My Little Bowling Champ

Well the highlight of the day can be summed up in one simple photo...

He was so excited to go mini-golfing and bowling with Grandma and Grandpa "Airplane". He did really well getting two spares and two strikes today at bowling! He had a final score of 113! He did great and had so much fun. :)

The Michigan grandparents came to town today and I don't think Hunter could've been any more excited to see them! He couldn't wait. We went mini-golf and he had a blast playing with them all evening. I think we are all worn out and ready for bed tonight!

I'm Saving Power

So, Hunter is constantly saying things that makes me think, "Where'd you hear that at?" He had a couple of those today. He was going around shutting off all the lights in the house tonight and I said, "What are you doing?" He said, "I'm saving power." haha. What 3 year old saves power?! Another fairly new saying of his is, "It's all part of the plan, more or less." If you know preschool cartoons you know where he is getting this stuff, his new favorite, Special Agent Oso.

When Brian put him to bed tonight, he asked him if he wanted to watch his movie, like he usually does, but tonight he said no, he just wanted to go to bed. About 2 minutes after Brian walked out of his room he came in ours. I said, "Did you change your mind?" He said, "Yeah." I said, "You want a movie on." He said, "I want to sleep in here with you and daddy. I love you both so much!" haha. How can you say no to that. I love him so much too!

My little Prayer Warrior

Best part of the day is eavesdropping on my son praying with one of the Awana leaders prayer group. He's got such a pure innocent heart, and he loves people. I love to listen to him pray. He makes me a very proud momma!
