Week in the Life | SATURDAY

No surprise here, as the week goes on, I'm getting lazy. Less pictures and I didn't write anything down today. I'm just having too much fun with my mom here. But I did get a few really cute pictures of my mom with the kids and I'm so glad I did!

My mom is doing our laundry! Thanks mom!

We signed Hunter up for tball today. We are so excited and a little worried. They take their tball seriously here and it's a couple of practices a week. Games on Saturday or can be during the week too. Since Hunter is starting school soon for the first time I was a little worried this would be too much for him. But he loves to play outside especially with other kids and I really think he will enjoy this. He does really well too. He is playing first base and seems to know a little bit more about the game and be a little more coordinated then most of the other players. Many kids on his team are first time players. He has played two seasons now.

I just love that Brian is so involved in the kids lives. He is such a great dad. He doesn't just sit on the sidelines on his phone, he gets out there and helps the coach and teaches Hunter. He loves to be a big part of their lives and they love him so much.

My mom stayed home with Violet while we were at Hunter's practice. It was nice not having to chase after Violet and just being able to watch Hunter play and snap some pictures of him.

Violet LOVES my make-up bag and make-up. So my mom got her her own bag and they did their make-up together. I love this picture and I think it is adorable! Girls are so much fun.

After lunch at Taco Cabana we all took a trip to Hobby Lobby. Grandma got the kids some goodies.

Then we sent the kids and Brian home and mom and I headed off to get a pedicure and do some shopping. We really had a lot of fun but I forgot to take any pictures. We were gone for probably 4-5 hours. When we got home mom offered to babysit again so Brian and I could go out to dinner again. Two date nights in a row, now that is a record for us! (Since we've had kids over 4 years ago anyway.)

They are all looking at pictures of Aunt Michelle (my sister). Just making sure Violet knows who she is. :)

And just a cute video from today. Violet has been learning her animal noises. This gives you an idea of what a great dad Brian is. I love him! I love my whole family :) I am blessed.
